Every August, we partner with Nice Work to create a 10k run through the quiet Kentish lanes of East Peckham. It’s a flat course, suitable for runners of all levels and previously we have even had runners in their 70s and 80s! This is a professionally run even with chip timing and welcomes individuals and running clubs from all the surrounding villages and towns. The Lions are standing nearby marshalling the course, manning the water station with hundreds of cups of water and at the end of the course to congratulate people through the finish line.

This year the EP 10k is on Sunday 2nd August, and for the first time

there’ll be a 5k race,

and for the kids a 2k race

(which will be completely within the East Peckham playing field, rather than on roads)
